How to do them fast

Estimate with the round number nearby, then check by multiplying. With a one-digit answer you rarely need more than two tries.

161 ÷ 23 = 7
23 is about 20 → 161 ÷ 20 is about 8 → 23 × 8 = 184, too big → 23 × 7 = 161 → 7
152 ÷ 19 = 8
19 is about 20 → 152 ÷ 20 is about 7.6 → 19 × 8 = 152 → 8

Around 5 seconds each is good; under 4 is fast. More methods are in the mental math tricks.
